1、I、 0相关图纸: Relevant Drawing: 主厂房钢结构安装图F312S;Steel Structure Erection Drawing of Main Building F312S 工程概况: Project Overview: 越南汪秘热电厂期扩建1330MW工程,位于汪秘原厂一侧,主厂房钢结构布置在AC排及18轴上,包括汽机房和煤仓间,汽机房吊装高度30米,煤仓间吊装高度47米。Uongbi Power Plant Extension Project No.2 (1X330MW) is at one side of the old plant. Steel structur
2、e is laid out at A-C axis and 1-8 axis of main building, covering turbine house and coal bunker bay. Lifting height of turbine house and coal bunker bay is 30m and 47m respectively. 0.000m标高为绝对标高9.000m。The elevation of0.000m equals to absolute elevation of 9.000m. 主厂房上部结构为全钢结构,节点连接采用焊接和大六角头高强螺栓连接。Su
3、perstructure of main building is steel structure. Nodes are connected together through welding and by hexagonal head high-strength bolts. 高强螺栓连接的摩擦面的摩擦系数:Q345B钢不小于0.5,Q235B钢不小于0.45。The friction coefficient between friction surface of high strength bolt connection shall be: no less than 0.5 for Q345B

9、completes. 工器具准备完成。Preparation of machines & tools completes. 吊装机械到场。Lifting machines on site. 测量定位出基础轴线和标高线。Surveying & setting-out of foundation axis and elevation 根据构件重量选择钢丝绳直径、长度、卡环规格等。Selecting diameter and length of wire rope, specification of length as per member weight. 钢架到货检查:根据图纸、供货清单对其规格、
10、数量进行验收。Checking of steel frames: Acceptance & inspection of their dimensions and quantity according to drawings and supply list. 施工主要流程Main construction procedure 基础定位划线第一层钢结构安装基础二次灌浆第二层钢结构安装第三层钢结构安装,依次类推各层楼板施工。Setting-out & positioning of foundation-installation of 1st-floor steel structure-seconda
11、ry grouting of foundation-2nd-floor steel structure-3rd-floor steel structure. The same procedures are also applicable to the rest floors in turn. 钢丝绳受力为:Wire rope stress : 吊装时的安全系数:Safety factor of lifting: 所选钢丝绳需满足安全系数K4.5;Selected wire rope shall meet the requirements for safety factor (K4.5); 其中
12、: P构件重量; 钢丝绳所受作用力;Force exerted on wire rope; 钢丝绳破断拉力;Tensile force for wire rope failure; 吊装过程中根据构件重量可以计算出钢丝绳受力大小,确定钢丝绳直径。During lifting, wire rope stress can be calculated according to member weight to decide diameter of wire rope. 主厂房钢构件吊装时常用的方法如下图:(钢丝绳与钢构件棱角接触处必须用衬垫物,防止钢丝绳受到损伤)。0进行安装前,机械到场、工器具等准
13、备工作做好。 2、 Common method for steel member lifting of main building is as follows :( Underlay must be placed at the arris intersection of wire rope and steel member to prevent damage of wire rope.3、 Machines shall arrive at site and tools shall be well prepared prior to installation. 基础划线:由测量工程师用测量仪器对
14、安装轴线进行定位,并加工好垫板。Foundation setting-out:Survey engineer shall set out the axis for installation and make backing plates. 吊装前在立柱上、下两端标注好中心线,待立柱吊装并临时固定好后,用经纬仪和钢直尺测出立柱垂直度偏差。Center line shall be marked at upper and lower end of columns prior to lifting, then theodolite and straight steel ruler are used t
15、o measure plumbness deviation of columns when columns are lifted and temporarily fixed. 第一阶段开始87轴钢架安装,以四根立柱为一个方框单元。待第一层钢架安装完成后,验收合格,对柱脚进行灌浆,同时进行A排8-7 轴钢架安装;随后进行二层及二层以上部分进行安装,最后进行汽机房屋架安装;平台、梯子等附件同步进行安装。随后进行7-6轴钢架安装,同8-7轴安装。At the 1st stage:Start steel frame installation of 8-7 axis with four columns
16、as a frame unit, grout the column footing after 1st floor steel frame installation completes and is inspected as qualified. Meanwhile install steel frames of 87-A axis; Then install 2nd floor and upper parts and roof truss of turbine house. Accessories such as platform and ladders are installed at t
17、he same time. After that install the steel frames of 7-6 axis with the same procedure. 开始第二阶段吊装,250t履带吊首先完成B、C排65轴第一层钢架安装,待验收合格后,进行柱脚灌浆,随后进行B、C排65轴第二层,第三层和第四层钢结构安装,最后进行行车梁和汽机房屋架安装;以此类推,B、C排65轴安装完成后,依次进行B、C排54、43、32、21轴钢结构安装。Start lifting at the second stage, use 250t crawler crane to install the 1st
18、-floor steel frame of B, C axis and 6-5 axis, then grout the column footings after being tested as qualified, subsequently install the 2nd-floor, 3rd-floor and 4th-floor steel frame of B, C axis and 6-5 axis, and install crane beams and roof truss of turbine house at last to finish installation of B
19、, C axis and 6-5 axis. After that, steel structures will be installed for B, C axis and 5-4 axis, 4-3 axis, 3-2 axis and 2-1 axis one after the other. 在吊装BC钢结构的同时,进行AA1钢结构的吊装。Lifting of steel frames of B-C axis and A-A1 axis will be carried out at the same time. 汽机间剩余钢结构安装待行车安装以后,再用行车进行安装汽机间钢架。The r
20、est of steel structures in turbine house will be installed after the overhead traveler is ready and commissioned. 高强螺栓的穿入方向,以施工方便为准,并注意整齐美观,尽可能保证穿入方向一致。High-tensile bolts shall be penetrated in a direction to facilitate construction and be tidy.
