5、RIVERS,TRYING TO REPRODUCE THE URBAN PARK WITH TRADITIONAL LANDSCAPE ARTISTIC CONCEPTION IN THE HIGH-DENSITY SUPER HEADQUARTER ZONES AND PROVIDES ABOUT 110,000 SQUARE METERS OF GREENING AND ACTIVITY AREA.A PANORAMA OF RIVERS AND MOUNTAINS01立足传统,渔村野市,水榭亭台,烟波浩渺的江河、层峦起伏的群山构成了一幅美妙的江南山水图,结合山水与深圳历史文化。千里江山

15、ION BETWEEN THE UNDERGROUND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM AND THE PEDESTRIAN SYSTEM IN THE ABOVE-GROUND PARK,A CONNECTION SYSTEM BETWEEN THE GREEN AXIS AND THE SUPER HEADQUARTERS BUILDING IN THE SURROUNDING PLOTS,AND AN OVERALL THREE-DIMENSIONAL MULTI-LEVEL AND EFFICIENT TRAFFIC NETWORK.LINKING SUPER

17、用活力,强化地下 TOD 交通功能,提供了地上约 5 万平方的商业配套措施,并在北中南地块中创造不同情境主题,企图吸引更多使用者参与,活化每分土地.UNDER THE DESIGN THEME OF CREATING URBAN ECO-PARKS,IN ORDER TO ENHANCE THE VITALITY OF THE CENTER GREEN PARK AND STRENGTHEN THE UNDERGROUND TOD TRAFFIC FUNCTION,COMMERCIAL MEASURES OF ABOUT 50,000 SQUARE METERS ABOVE THE GROUN

20、业功能效益以及强化绿轴的配套功能,如体育,文化及休闲等设施.并建议优化 C 塔首层道路流线,及深弯公园路的使用方式,改为以交通管制时段下的市集文化活动的场所.IN LINE WITH THE DESIGNED GUIDLINES,THE COMMERCIAL BENEFITS OF THE CENTER CROSS AXIS WILL BE ENHANCED AND THE SUPPORTING FUNCTIONS OF THE GREENBELT,SUCH AS SPORTS,CULTURE AND LEISURE FACILITIES,WILL BE STRENGTHENED.IT IS
