General 总则1.1 This procedure is applied to the calibration and control of the measuring and test equipment used for Code

3、item at present and ensures the equipment with acceptable labels to be employed in HRPF production of Code Item and its test and measurement.本程序适用于本公司在用计量器具的检定管理,确保以检定合格的计量器具用于规范产品生产过程和产品的计量检测工作。1.2 Calibration of the measuring equipment must be done according to the calibration procedure concerned.

4、计量器具的检定必须按照有关的检定程序进行。2. Responsibility 职责2.1 The Calibration Center Director is fully responsible for controlling the measuring instruments used in the HRPF.计量工程师（计量管理员）对本公司计量器具的管理负有全部责任。3. Classification and Calibration Period of Measuring Instruments. 计量器具的分类及检定周期。In Table1 there is the detail int

5、erpretation for the classification and calibration period of measuring instruments for Code item.计量器具的分类、检定周期列于表1。4. Identification Marks for Measuring Instruments计量器具的标记4.1 Equipment No. of Measuring Instruments计量器具的设备编号4.1.1 Each measuring instrument has its own Equipment No. as the control marks.

6、每个计量器具都有一个设备编号做为计量器具的管理标记。4.1.2 The Equipment NO. can be applied either with label, stamp, paint or other method and the permanent identification shall be marked on the suitable location of the measuring instrument.设备编号要用标签或其它可行方法在计量器具的适当部位做出永久性的标记。4.2 Acceptable Marks 计量器具的合格标记The measuring instrum

7、ent calibrated and accepted shall be attached on them with the acceptance label. The label shall indicate the effective service period. The label shall be securely fastened to ensure the mark not to be lost during the effective service period. The calibration label had better be attached on the surf

8、ace or other obvious location of the measuring instrument. When above location can not be attached, other places can be attached to.经过计量员检定合格的计量器具要贴上合格标记。此标记要标明有效使用日期。该标记应贴得牢靠,保证在使用有效期内不丢失。这个合格标记最好直接贴在计量器具的表面或其它明显的部位上,当不能贴在上述部位时,允许贴在计量器具的其它部位上。Zhenjiang JinMen Industrial Co., LtdASME ProceduresJM/AS

Calibration Control 检定管理5.1 检定管理方法 Calibration Control Method5.1.1 Method of Calibration Control 设备台帐 The Caliration Engineer or NDE lever shall prepare the Measuring Equipment Master List. The List s

10、hall list the classification, name, type, measuring range, calibration period, calibration date and the Equipment number of the measuring instruments.计量工程师编制出计量器具设备台帐。该图表应列出计量器具的分类、名称、数量、型号、测量范围、检定周期、检定日期及计量器具设备编号。设备台帐由质保经理批准。5.1.2 Calibration Record 检定记录卡Each of the measuring instruments has its ow

11、n calibration record or certificate. The Calibration Record includes: Equipment No., Name of Measuring Gauge , Grade of Accuracy, Results of Calibration, Calibration Period & Calibration Procedure, Calibration Date & Calibration Personnel Name.每台计量器具都有自己的检定记录卡或合格证，记录卡中的内容应包括设备编号、计量器具名称、精度等级、历次检定情况、检

12、定程序及检定周期、检定日期和检定人员姓名等。5.2 Method of Calibration Notice 检定通知方式The Calibration Center Director is responsible for recovering the measuring instruments to be calibrated before the expected calibration date. The Calibration Engineer shall inform the using departments for sending the measuring instrument

13、s for calibration prior to 7 days of the calibrated date coming. When the measuring instruments are beyond the expected calibration date they are not allowed to be used.计量工程师要在预定的检定日期之前,负责收回所有需要检定的计量器具。计量员应在检定日期到来七天前,通知计量和检测设备的使用单位按时送检。超过预定检定周期的计量和检测设备禁止使用。5.3 Calibration 检定Calibration of the measur

14、ing instruments shall be done according to the calibration procedure.依照检定程序,对计量器具进行检定。5.4 Recording of the Calibration Result 检定结果的记录The calibration results recorded on the calibration records or the calibration certification, the basic data, the calibration value, the calibration date, and the cali

15、bration personnels signature shall be recorded. 检定数据应记入记录卡或检定证书。检定证书上要记载基本数据、检定值、检定日期、检定人签字等。5.5 Specific Calibration 特殊检定When the user finds the measuring instrument inaccurate or suspects the accuracy he shall return the measuring instrument to the Calibration Engineer at once. The Calibration Eng

16、ineer or NDE lever shall recalibrate the instrument. When discrepant measuring equipment is found, the Calibration Engineer shall evaluate all previous items calibrated with this discrepant equipment and recalibrate them with accurate instruments. Items are identified and found by inspection and tes

No.: 0.0Page：4 of 5当计量器具的使用者发现计量器具的精度不良、或对之有怀疑时,应立即把计量器具返回计量员。由计量员重新检定。当发现计量器具精度失准,计量员应对所有先前用此器具检定的产品进行评估,并用准确的器具重新进行检定,可通过检验记录查出这些产品。5.6 自制检测计量器具的检定 The Ca

18、libration of Self-made Measuring instrumentsThe calibration of self-made measuring instruments should be performed according to the use of them. The Technology Engineer makes procedures of calibration and maintenance, and regular calibration shall be made by the Calibration Center according to the r

19、equirements of calibration and maintenance. If any abnormal situations are found in the using process, procedures shall be performed according to 5.5.自制检测计量器具使的检定根据检具的使用，由技术人员制定检定和维护程序，由检测中心按照检定维护要求进行定期检定。如在使用过程发现异常，按照5.5执行。6. Distribution & Returning of the Measuring Instruments计量器具的发放和归还The measur

20、ing instruments shall be controlled through Withdrawal list and Lending Card.按照计量器具使用期限的不同,分别用计量器具的领用单进行管理。6.1 Control of Lending Card 领用单的管理The Instrument Keepers of each department shall fill in the Lending Card according to the requirements of the measuring instruments needed for producing standa

21、rd products. The measuring instruments registered and borrowed from the Calibration Center can only be used again after calibrating the number and calibration by the companys Calibration Center各生产部门工具管理员按生产规范产品所需计量器具的要求,填写领用单,到检测中心登记领出所需的计量器具,送公司检测中心检定编号及检定后方可使用。6.2 When calibration or examination i

22、s required for specific reason, they can be done according to paragraph 5.5 of this procedure.当有特殊原因需要了解计量器具的状况时,要按本程序第5.5条进行检定。7. Repairing and Rejection修理与报废7.1The measuring instrument that is not within the specified tolerance shall be stopped using and sent to the Calibration Engineer for repair

23、ing and calibrating. When he judges the equipment can not be repaired, he shall fill in the rejection sheet. After approved by the Inspection Office Chief, it can be disposed as the scrap.超差的计量器具和检测设备停止使用, 应将其送到计量员处进行修复与检定。当断定无法修复时,计量员要填写报废单,经质保经理批准,方可按报废处理。7.2 The Calibration Engineer shall mark SC
