Firstly, based on the function free distribution and the assignment concept of IEC

Secondly, according to the modeling approach and principle based on IEC 61850，the typical protection, measurement and the control logical nodes are taken as examples to

5、 complete modeling of logical nodes with UML. At last, the flow chart of the function realization is described and the flow of the function realization is discussed.
