6、纽区位分析LOCATION ANALYSISBACKGROUND AND CURRENT SITUATION ANALYSIS作为中国经济最繁盛,城市化速度最快的地区之一,珠江三角洲产业也正在转型,从劳动密集、附加值低的轻工业向技术含量高的执照也转型。产业转型要求与之相匹配的城市发展模式的变化,珠江三角洲城市化进程需要有意识塑造高品质的区域新中心,为发展创造新的载体。粤东地区的经济发展和城市建设较为缓慢,因此保留了宜居的环境基底。深汕合作区的建设是深圳对粤东城的一次输出,更是珠三角地区一个全新的增长机遇,并有机会成为其城市化模式转型的新范式。As one of Chinas most pros
7、perous economy and one of the fastest urbanization areas,the Pearl River Delta industry is also undergoing transformation,from a labor-intensive,low-value-added light industry to a high-tech license.Industrial transformation requires changes in urban development models that match it.The urbanization
8、 process of the Pearl River Delta needs to consciously shape new high-quality regional centers to create new carriers for development.Economic development and urban construction in eastern Guangdong are relatively slow,so a livable environment has been retained.The construction of the Shenzhen-Shant
9、ou Cooperation Zone is an export of Shenzhen to the eastern city of Guangdong.It is also a brand-new growth opportunity for the Pearl River Delta region,and it has the opportunity to become a new paradigm for its urbanization model transformation.深圳深汕特别合作区ShenzhenShen-Shan Special Coorporation Zone深
10、汕特别合作区地处中国华南,珠江三角洲东侧,濒临南中国海。下辖鹅埠镇、鲘门镇、小漠镇、赤石镇(包括园墩乡及 20 几个个大小岛屿)。与惠州市相接;东与汕尾市海丰县相邻,距汕尾市中心仅 30 公里左右、距离深圳中心区约 120 公里,约一个半小时左右车程,于 2018 年正式挂牌成立。The Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone is located in southern China,on the east side of the Pearl River Delta and bordering the South China Sea.Under th
11、e jurisdiction of Ebu Town,Kunmen Town,Xiaomo Town,Chishi Town(including Yuandun Township and more than 20 large and small islands).It is connected to Huizhou City;it is adjacent to Haifeng County,Shanwei City to the east,and is only about 30 kilometers away from Shanwei City Center.It is about 120

17、towns,The respective characteristics of the country.生态格局ECOLOGICAL空间结构STRUCTURE产业布局INDUSTRY轨道交通TRACKS山水格局基地四面环山,内部地形起伏,被大小不同尺度的丘陵分隔成多个不同规则台地。枢纽场地周边地势整体较为平坦,仅有的小丘陵对格局影响较小。传统聚落附近有赤石老镇和一系列村落,北部建设相对集中。老镇河村落基本保留传统的社区形态,也有极具地方特色的村寨。道路交通现状道路少,满足当下需求但不能满足将来发展,厦深高铁经过但无站停靠。Landscape patternThe base is surroun
18、ded by mountains,and the internal topography is undulating,divided into multiple regular terraces by hills of different sizes.The terrain around the hub site is relatively flat,and the only small hills have little impact on the layout.Traditional settlementThere are Chishi Old Town and a series of v
19、illages nearby,and construction in the north is relatively concentrated.Laozhenhe Village basically retains the traditional community form,and there are also villages with strong local characteristics.The trafficThere are few roads in the current situation,which can meet current needs but cannot mee
20、t future development.The Xiamen-Shenzhen high-speed railway passes but has no stops.背景与现状分析BACKGROUND AND CURRENT SITUATION ANALYSIS现状城市风貌CURRENT CITY SITUATION深汕合作区现状城市风貌Shenshan current city situation现状地形基地呈丘陵地形,主要河道赤石河从北部和西侧穿越基地。赤石河以东起伏的地形构成一系列溪谷。地形海拔高度 0-250 米不等,其中 60 米以上的区域约占 790 公顷。坡度与建设适宜性将搞成
21、 60 米以上河坡度 25%以上相对集中的山地定义为主要山体地形,此类山体以山林保护为主,可兼容一定量环境影响较小的城市休闲活动。现状水系基地的山体地形构成一些列溪谷,主要的溪流自东向西望赤石河汇集。东侧沿山地地势较高处有一系列水库和蓄洪设施。现状河流防洪滥标准较低,沿赤石河及主要溪流的大部分平坦地区有较高的洪泛风险。农田、林地和生态敏感区城市化过程将对基地农地位置造成影响,尽可能通过调整置换,将农地与未来城市开放空间相结合,使农业种植成为城市生活中的一部分。Current terrainThe base has a hilly terrain,and the main channel Chi
22、shihe passes through the base from the north and west.The undulating terrain east of the Chishi River forms a series of valleys.The terrain altitude ranges from 0-250 meters,of which the area above 60 meters occupies about 790 hectares.Slope and construction suitabilityThe mountainous terrain with a
23、 relatively concentrated river slope of more than 25%over 60 meters is defined as the main mountain terrain.This type of mountain is mainly protected by forests and can be compatible with a certain amount of urban leisure activities with less environmental impact.Current water systemThe mountainous
24、terrain of the base forms a series of valleys,and the main streams gather from east to west looking towards the Chishi River.On the east side,there are a series of reservoirs and flood storage facilities on the higher terrain along the mountains.The current river flood control standards are low,and
